Can I cancel or edit a billed Order?Updated an hour ago

We can not guarantee that your order is at a stage where it can be pulled for edits or cancellations.

Once an order is charged, it is immediately transmitted to the fulfillment center. The order then goes into various stages of fulfillment and may not always be cancellable or changed, even if your order fulfillment status shows otherwise. If the order has reached the packing stage, it cannot be changed. This stage is often achieved within 24 hours.  If you have an urgent request, please email or text us with the subject line "URGENT" and include your requested change. We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Our hours are Monday through Friday. However, we will look for these URGENT emails on Monday in the early morning hours.

If you are on a subscription with UMZU, adhering to the billing schedule and making all changes and edits before the order is billed/charged (we recommend 48 hours in advance) is recommended to avoid unwanted orders that cannot be returned. We still send email reminders three days before billing. If you find yourself changing your orders often, we recommend keeping your billing cycles further apart than your normal intake and then rescheduling them as needed.
