How Can I Place a One-Time Order and Not A Subscription Order?Updated 7 days ago
- Go to our website www.umzu.com and hover over the 'shop' tab highlighted below. Next, click the 'all supplements' tab.
- Scroll through our products until you find the item you wish to purchase. In this example, we are going to use Redwood. Click on ADD to Cart.
- You should see the item in the cart. DO NOT click on the Subscribe & Save button. If you make a mistake, you can remove the item from the cart using the "Remove" button below the quantity.
4) If you would like to add additional one-time purchase items to your cart, repeat steps 1-3.
5) Click "Continue to Checkout" to enter your shipping and billing information.
6) When your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
Please note: There are other ways to access product descriptions through our website or you may see offers that may differ from our website offerings.

1a) If you find yourself on the site page below, make sure you click on the ONE-TIME option. Unlike the first approach described, this view defaults to Subscribe and Save so you must change the subscribe and save option in order to place a one-time order.
2a) By clicking on one-time option you should see the items you want BOXED. If everything looks good. click "ADD TO CART".

1a) If you use the Search (magnifying glass) for products on the site, you see the products that match along with a drop down box to choose a billing cycle, Choose "ONE-TIME" in the drop down box before you click "Add to Cart".
At the FINAL CART PAGE
The subscription language will appear on the final checkout page. *There are two subscriptions in the cart image below and a One-time order of the Happy Duo Bundle. If you need to remove the subscriptions, you will need to go back to your cart and remove the prodcuts associated with the subscription.
Double Checking Subscription Status
After completing your purchase, it is always best to double-check your subscription status to avoid unwanted charges. You may do so by accessing our subscripton management database.
