How to cancel a recurring subscription

1. Using a desktop browser, please navigate to our website www.umzu.com and log into your account by clicking the highlighted icon shown in the screenshot below:  
2. Fill out your login information.

3. Once you're logged in, your screen will show many different tabs to choose from. Please mouse over the 'Manage subscriptions' tab highlighted below. Then, select the 'edit' option next to the product you wish to cancel.

4.Once you have the item you wish to cancel selected, click on "Cancel Subscription" on the bottom left-hand side

5. Next, you can select the reason for the cancellation and click on next to continue with the cancellation:

6.You will be brought back to the 'subscriptions' tab once the item has been canceled. Scroll down to the very bottom to review your 'inactive subscriptions' and make sure everything is in order.
