How Can I Cancel My Subscription?Updated 2 days ago

STEP 1: Access your UMZU account.

STEP 2: Once you've successfully logged in, select "Manage Subscriptions".

STEP 3: Click on one of your subscriptions and "view details"


STEP 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page to "Cancel"


STEP 5: Click on  "Cancel" and a pop-up will appear.  



STEP 4: Please take the time to read our message. Click either "Keep subscription" subscription or "Cancel subscription" button.


STEP 5: If you selected cancel, a new pop-up appears. Select a cancel Reason and re-enter either "Proceed to cancel" or "Keep subscription" subscription button.

Step 6: One final offer will be made to "Swap the prodcut" or "Stay". 

Please seclect one.



STEP 7: Make sure to use the "Back to subscription" if your other subscriptions need to be managed.  The subscription page will list all your subscriptions that have different billing frequencies or that have been orphaned from the parent subscription.

Please remember that there are other options to cancel without losing your discounts and offers. PAUSE is different from Cancel, but not much different than the "Delay" or "Reschedule" subscription feature. If you would like to skip a billing frequency, it is easier to use the "skip" order feature. You can also swap a product or remove an item 'one-time'.


Note: Subscription cancellation should be made at least 48 hours before the charge date. If an order has already been charged, canceling the subscription does not cancel an unfulfilled order. No cancellations can be made once the order is in the packing phase and beyond.
