We do not accept returns on supplements, personal care, and food items. If it is your first purchase of an item, it may qualify for a money-back guarantee as long as you reach out to our Customer Care team within 60 days of purchase.
Orders that are returned as undeliverable, refused at point of delivery or otherwise returned without prior authorization are eligible for a refund per the policy above less inbound/return shipping fees that we are charged to recover your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time the order is received by our warehouse for these to be processed. Items that do not qualify for first-time use are non-refundable.
