How do I access my SubscriptionUpdated an hour ago

We're currently undergoing major maintenance on our site.  We recently moved to a new subscription platform. As of 5/7, all old subscription access links are no longer valid.  You can currently access your Active subscription by visiting UMZU.com. In the page footer, you will see a Subscription tab, and by clicking the link in your browser (sorry, the APP is still under maintenance).

 If it's your first time accessing the NEW platform, you may be asked to enter your subscription email address to receive the sign-in page. 

 After clicking on the "Send Subscription Login Link", you will receive an email.

You may need to check your "other" folders for the email and approve or re-route the sender as highlighted below.

If you still do not receive an email, please try any alternate email you may have used for your previous orders, or reach out to customer care at [email protected], or use the customer contact form in the same footer of our website.

If you have an urgent request that can not wait for support, please include that instruction in your email.
