How do I cancel my order and get a refund?Updated 24 days ago
If you wish to cancel your order that has been charged to your card and request a refund, please reach out to us promptly at [email protected]. Once an order has been charged, there is a small window when a cancelation is possible, depending on where it is in the fulfillment process. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Canceling a subscription does not cancel an order that has already been charged to your card. You must reach out to [email protected] to see if the order can also be canceled. To prevent unwanted charges, please manage your subscription 24 hours before a charge is made. Reminder emails are sent three days before the subscription charge.
If we are able to cancel the order, you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation. Your order will be refunded at the time of cancellation. Typically, refunds process within 48 hours; however, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days.
Please be aware that if the transaction is voided, you will see the pending charge drop from your account instead of receiving a credit.

If you reach out to have a subscription order canceled, please specify if you also want the subscription canceled. For subscriptions, you can resume them at any time if previously canceled.
