How Do I Report a Missing OrderUpdated 2 months ago

You may log into UMZU.com using the email address you used to place your order. From there, you can view a list of completed orders. Click on the order number, and more details about your order will be provided, including the order's contents, the order status, and a link to the tracking information.

 If the tracking information shows a delivery exception, please follow the instructions.

If the order has been returned, failed, or in transit for more than ten business days, please email UMZU support at "[email protected]". Please provide as much detail as possible about the delivery area where you typically receive your orders, your delivery address, and your phone number so we can research and help resolve your delivery issue.
