Subscriptions should be skipped or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled charge. If you cancel your subscription after your order has been processed (charged your card), you must reach out to our Customer Care Team (email [email protected]) to cancel the order too. Depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process, it could be too late to cancel and your order will ship.
