If I Cancel My Subscription, Will My Order Still Ship?Updated 12 days ago

Subscriptions should be skipped, paused, or canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled charge. However, in most cases, you have until midnight the day before your bill date. If you cancel your subscription after your card has been charged, your cancellation will not affect orders that have already been billed. Canceling a subscription does not cancel newly charged orders.  

All billed orders are transmitted to a third-party fulfillment center and are at various stages of shipment, making them difficult or impossible to cancel or modify. 

Please remember that subscription membership means you enjoy subscription discounts on your orders and other perks. In return, the membership is self-service.  With that comes the responsibility for managing your subscription in a timely manner. Please make sure you are aware of your billing cycle at all times and are comfortable managing your online account. 

Since your subscription is tied to a specific email address, please make sure you keep that address and the mobile SMS number associated with your subscription up to date for easy access to your account.
