Let's first make sure you understand that there is an UMZU.com and a Subscription account, each requiring secure access. To see all features of your UMZU account including having acess to your subscription (manage subscription), Rewards (memberships), a few other features, please make sure you have created an UMZU.com account so it can be associated with your Subscription and Rewards.
Although you have subscription orders, you may have never created an UMZU.com account or the UMZU account you created may not be using the same email address as your subscription orders.
Please go to UMZU.com if you need to create an UMZU "Account". The desktop mode will show the Account tab in the upper hand corner of your browser. Click on "Account" and populate the email address and password with your last known password. Use the same email that was used on your orders. This will allow all the features of UMZU.com to be associated with your subscription.
If you have an old or duplicate accounts (ie. you have used different email addresses to order) and you fear your orders are associated with an unwanted email please reach out to UMZU.com to change your email address. The email is used as the account ID for UMZU.com.
