How Can I use My Loyalty Credits on an Upcoming Subscription Order?Updated 4 days ago

You'll need to log into your Umzu Account, go to your Subscriptions first, and then to the Membership page. From there, you will create and copy a discount code with the credits you've accumulated and then paste that discount code on your subscription. Here are the steps:

1. If you're using a computer, go to UMZU.com and click the profile icon on the top right-hand side, logging into your account using the same email address you used for your subscription. 
2. Once you've successfully logged in, select "Manage Subscriptions." At this step, you may need to confirm your account using an activation code. 
3. Next, select "Membership" to access your Rewards Membership Account. You can view your Credit Balance on this screen 
4. Click the "Redeem Credits" box, enter the amount you'd like to use for your next subscription order ($5 minimum, in whole dollar amounts), and click "Generate Code" to generate a discount code. Be sure to copy the code on this screen—the next step is applying it to your subscription. 
5. Copy the discount code using the "Copy Code" button. 
6.  Now, it's time to apply it to your subscription. Click "Subscriptions" on the left-hand side of the page. When you see the subscription you'd like to apply it to, click "Manage Subscriptions."   
7. Finally, paste the loyalty code in the "Discount Code" box toward the bottom of the screen. Click Apply. 

Note: Please view and utilize Loyalty Rewards via a web browser on a computer or a mobile device. The Umzu app does not yet contain full rewards functionality.
